Dubai Packages - Arabian Park Hotel

Arabian Park is a 3 Star hotel which is 10 minutes drive from the airport. The Dubai World Trade Centre, Financial Centre and Dubai International Convention and exhibition Centre are all a short drive from the hotel. Hotel offers well appointed and tastefully done rooms with TV, fridge, tea coffee maker and other necessary amenities that make you feel at home. A regular shuttle departing every 20 minutes connects you to the nearby metro station.

  DAY 1 - Arrive Dubai - Transfer to Hotel

  • After completing the Dubai immigration formalities, our tour representative will meet and greet you and transfer you to your hotel.
  • Rest of the day at leisure.
  • In the evening we take you for Dhow Dinner Cruise. Your pick-up and drop from/to hotel are inclusive.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.

  Day 2 - Dubai - Half Day City Tour

  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, you will be taken for a half-day city sightseeing tour of Dubai. Your city tour covers Bur Dubai Creek for photo shoot, Spice market and Gold souk, Photo stop at Burj Al Arab (world famous 7-star hotel), Jumeirah beach and Mosque (the only Mosque allowing non-Muslims to enter), Palm island photo stop, Atlantis the Palm Hotel Photo stop, BurjKhalifa photo stop and the Sheikhs Palace (a stunning palace with peacocks welcoming you). Return back to the hotel.
  • In the afternoon we take you for a Thrilling Desert Safari with belly dance show and barbeque dinner.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.

  Day 3 - Dubai: Day Free For Shopping or Optional Tours

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Rest of the day free for shopping or you may opt for some optional tours.
  • Optional tours that you may take on this day:
    - Atlantis Aquaventure & The Lost Chambers Tour.
    - Day tour of Ferrari World (theme park with thrilling rides), Abu Dhabi.
    - Snow Park Tour with Ticket & Transfer.
    - Burj Khalifa 'At the top' Tour.
  • Overnight at the hotel.

  DAY 4 - Leave Dubai

  • After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you can go for some last-minute shopping (as per your flight schedule).
  • Check-out time is 12 noon and our driver will drop you to the airport for your flight to next destination.

  Tour Ends

• 3 Nights stay at the hotel in Dubai with breakfast.
• Airport-Hotel-Airport transfers on seat in coach basis.
• City tour of Dubai on seat in coach basis.
• Dhow cruise with dinner and return transfer from hotel on seat in coach basis.
• Desert Safari with belly dance show and barbeque dinner (pick-up & drop at hotel).
• All applicable hotel taxes.

Note:

• There will be Tourism Dirham fees applicable from 31 March’14 per room per night on every Booking as per Dubai's Executive Council Resolution N (2) of 2014 and the fees varies to hotel categories. Guests are obliged to pay this fee directly to the Hotel upon check-in.
• Extra Bed will be provided for the third adult sharing the room.
• Child accompanying adults is NOT provided with an extra bed.
• Please check all the documents & vouchers for various services provided to you on arrival in Dubai. Please spare a few minutes and go through all the documents thoroughly. In case you find any discrepancies in any services related to Hotels, sightseeing, transfers, meals, service dates & timings please call the local Dubai numbers mentioned on the vouchers for rectification. In case we do not receive any call we will assume that all documents provided to you are correct and as per your program.

Arrival Information:

After entering the arrival hall, clients are advised to proceed to the Passport Control immediately. After clearing the immigrations please collect your baggage from the carousal and Exit from the extreme left gate. Our representative will be waiting in the arrival hall with your Name Placard. He will guide you to your vehicle for transfer to the hotel for you.

Important Information:

• All Hotels and services are subject to availability & confirmation.
• All transfers and sightseeing are by SIC (seat in coach with fixed timings) basis. Hence the client may have a wait for a short while at the airport. Vehicle used depends on the group strength.
• Official check-in time is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours. Early check-in is always subject to availability.
• All transfers in this package are on seat in coach (SIC) sharing basis and client may have to wait for some time for the transfer. In case the client is not willing to wait then please upgrade your transfers to Private transfers.
• For all transfers and tours, please wait at the Bell Captain or Concierge Counter at least 10 minutes before scheduled pick-up time (mentioned in the program which is handed over to the client on arrival). Please do not wait in your room or the Coffee Shop. Due to heavy traffic sometimes your pick-up may be delayed by a few minutes.
• Please be informed of exact timings for sightseeing or airport departure transfers. Should you be late and the vehicle leaves without you, there are no refunds for the services missed.
• In the vehicles used for Airport transfers there is just enough space to accommodate baggage similar to permissible limit by airline. We may not be able to accommodate any further bulky piece of luggage purchased locally and passenger will have to make own arrangement.
• Most hotels in Dubai will ask for a deposit or credit card impression at the time of check-in. The deposit amount varies from hotel to hotel.
• All rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only.
• Certain sightseeing tours in Dubai have certain activities that have an element of adventure & risk attached to them. We as Tour Operators do not take any responsibility for any mishaps that may occur during these activities.
• City Your of Dubai, City tour of Abu Dhabi, Desert Safari do not operate on Fridays. Burj Khalifa tour once booked and confirmed is non refundable and no date change allowed. It is strongly suggested not to take infants for dune bashing in Desert Safari tour.
• NIT Worldwide Holidays Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature.
• There are no refunds on any unutilized or partly utilized services of the package.
• Any increase in taxes by the Govt. of India will be payable extra.

Visa Procedure:

It is very important that while applying for Dubai Visa, the client should keep in mind that Thursday & Fridays are weekly offs in Dubai. Also any local Indian holidays & UAE holidays have to be taken into account. Dubai visa takes 3-4 working days excluding weekly offs in Dubai (Thursdays & Fridays). However we suggest that the client should apply for the visa well in advance.
Once the necessary documents for applying the visa are received, NIT WORLDWIDE HOLIDAYS PVT. LTD. have an absolute right to refuse sponsoring the visa of the clients where the find incomplete documents or have any reason to believe that the clients visa may be refused on some grounds.

Hence the Visa for Dubai will be:

• Either sponsored by NIT WORLDWIDE HOLIDAYS PVT. LTD. OR
• In case the NIT Worldwide Holidays Pvt. Ltd. are not satisfied by the client’s documentation, then the client can apply directly with DUBAI VISA & MARHABA SERVICES.

Documentation required for visas sponsored by NIT Worldwide Holidays Pvt. Ltd.:

• High Resolution scanned copies of the first 2 & last 2 pages of your passport. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
• In case you have travelled to UK, USA, Canada, Japan, Australia & Schengen countries, scanned copy of the visa for any of these countries.
• High Resolution scan of passport size photo (4.3 x 5.5 cms) colored and clear with 80% of the face clearly visible. No sunglasses. Photo should be in .jpeg format.
• Last 3 years IT returns acknowledgement. Scanned copies are needed.
• Copy of the salary slip in case of Govt. Employees OR last 3 months bank statement. Scanned copies are needed.
• Newly married couples traveling immediately after marriage required to submit NOC from parents with their photo id’s proof, Wedding card and Marriage photograph of the couple.
• If you have previously travelled to Dubai, scanned copies of Pages exhibiting the entry and exit stamp in Dubai.
• Copy of confirmed return Air ticket.

Responsibilities with regard application/grant/issuance of visas:

• NIT WORLDWIDE HOLIDAYS PVT. LTD. can only ensure that the visa is applied on time (Within 24 hours of receiving the complete documents along with the payment). If NIT WORLDWIDE HOLIDAYS PVT. LTD. is unable to sponsor and process the visa of the client, the same will be advised to the client within 24 hours of receiving the complete documents.
• Rejection of visa because of deficiency in documents submitted, or for any other reason, would be the sole responsibility of the applicant. Cost of re-applying will have to be borne by the applicant.
• No responsibility is taken by NIT WORLDWIDE HOLIDAYS PVT. LTD. for any delay in issuance of Visa by the Immigration authorities in Dubai. The clients are advised to apply for visa well in time.
• In case the visa is delayed for any reason OR refused by the authorities for any reason and the client is unable to travel, the hotel cancellations will apply as mentioned in the package.
• No responsibility is taken by NIT WORLDWIDE HOLIDAYS PVT. LTD. for any financial loss to passengers arising from delay in grant/issuance of visa. All possible assistance will be provided in such cases.

Visa Fees & Payment:

A fee of Rs. 6450 will be charged for Visa and OK to board on per person basis. It is payable before the processing of Dubai Visa. Once NIT WORLDWIDE HOLIDAYS PVT. LTD. receives complete documents and agrees to sponsor your visa, we will immediately inform you the Bank Details. The Visa will only be applied once the visa fees & OK to board charges are credited to our account. Hence the clients are requested to account for this time while applying for the visa.

• Airfare & airport taxes.
• Visa Fees.
• Travel Insurances charges .
• Any meals other than those mentioned in inclusions.
• Optional sightseeing tours other than those mentioned in inclusions.
• Any Entrance fees or Fees for video or camera permit (wherever applicable).
• Tips, gratuities.
• Any item of personal nature like laundry, telephone calls etc.
